My guest says that Sunday night sadness can also be caused by regret. You regret not making the most of your weekend, regretting that it wasn’t relaxing and fun. Instead, it was busy, draining and, again, a huge letdown. Katrina Onstad is the author of The Weekend Effect. Katrina Onstad explains how the concept of the weekend was born, how it has been challenged, and ultimately eroded, in modern times.
