Few can do it the way ZHU does it. For real. The American DJ and producer has had a busy year and doesn’t seem ready to stop anytime soon. Today, ZHU released his new track ‘Changes’. Released through Astralwerks Records, ‘Changes’ premiered as part of a 2-track EP which also contains ZHU’s previous release ‘Revelations’.

It’s been almost a decade since ‘Faded’ became one of the biggest songs in dance music’s history. Its iconic vocals, paired up with ZHU’s distinctive style launched the producer into the top of the industry. Now, 9 years later, ZHU reflects on the many changes his life’s gone through ever since rising to stardom. The egos, the ups and downs, and everything that people don’t usually see. Everything comes together under one track. One message. A constant mantra repeating over and over again. A message resumed in one word: changes.

ZHU’s latest track is led by his unique voice. Paired with a melancholic set of chords, ZHU reflects on life and its changes over and over again while his newest track steadily rises and drops into an ethereal, synth-pop-like drop. Once again, ZHU manages to create a perfect correlation between all the elements in his track. Everything flows together and on the same direction, making this yet another absolute heater by the man himself.

It’s hard for an artist to maintain consistency. Having the ability to stay on top of your game for almost a decade is nothing short of amazing. During all these years, I’ve followed ZHU somewhat closely, and he’s managed to become a perfect example of what I’ve just described. His music, along with his career as an artist keeps on reaching new, unexpected ways to tell his story to his fans.

Seattle Producer And DJ Subset Has Been Reported Missing

Seattle-based producer and DJ, Subset, has been reported missing.

Subset–real name Mark Martinez–was last seen in Tacoma, Washington on Wednesday, November 22, according to the Seattle Police Department and a Facebook group created by his sister, Diane, to aid in search efforts. 

Martinez’s last known sighting was also on the same date he failed to show up for his gig at Seattle’s Q Nightclub.

Despite rumors on social media that Martinez had been found, Diane clarified in the same Facebook group yesterday that neither she, nor the police, have had any contact with him. Diane added that according to police phone records, his phone last had a signal on November 22.

“You can reach out to me or if you have any sightings/tips/info reach out to the Seattle Police,” she wrote. “Thank you so much. I will post the most accurate info here that I can. I need to find my brother. I will literally do anything.”

Martinez has long been an essential figure in dance music, becoming a staple performer at events like Camp Bisco, Holy Ship! and Burning Man, in addition to hosting and curating Webster Hall’s BASSment Saturdays parties in NYC; working as a Media Manager for Lost Lands; and earning a devout following via Twitch.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects both children and adults. It is characterized by symptoms such as inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, which can significantly impact daily functioning and quality of life. Creamfields To Build Largest Indoor Stage Ever For 2024

Creamfields is going big for 2024, really big. The UK Music Festival took to Instagram to announce an incredible new stage for 2024. The APEX Stage will be the largest indoor festival superstructure ever.

Called ‘APEX’, it will have a capacity of 30,000. The stage will be open Friday-Sunday of the festival with an extended 4 am close time on Saturday. This is the latest end time of the festival to date.

Previous mainstages of Creamfields always featured a giant LED screen and plenty of production around it. However, given the unpredictable weather in England, this structure will shield festival-goers from the elements.

The pictures of the proposed stage look stunning. Creamfields will take place from August 22nd – 25th at Daresbury, Cheshire. It has a daily attendance of 70,000 over the 4 days. There are limited tickets available here.
